1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of academicflair.org and all services provided by Academic Flair. By submitting a quote request, placing an order or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. These Terms apply to clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and all other jurisdictions we serve.
2. Our Services
Academic Flair provides academic support services including but not limited to:
- Thesis and dissertation formatting to APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, IEEE and other style guides
- SPSS, R, Stata and Excel data analysis, output formatting and results write-ups
- AI content humanization — improving the tone, flow, vocabulary and structure of AI-assisted academic writing
- Research poster design, presentation slide design, graphical abstract creation and diagram production
- Academic proofreading, editing, abstract writing and literature review formatting
- Conference paper and journal manuscript formatting
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with your university's academic integrity policies. Academic Flair accepts no liability for any academic misconduct findings, penalties or consequences resulting from your submission of work we have assisted with.
3. Placing an Order
An order is confirmed when both of the following conditions are met: you have received and accepted a written quote from us, and payment has been received in full or an agreed partial payment has been made.
When placing an order you agree to provide accurate and complete information including the relevant style guide, word or page count, university-specific instructions and your submission deadline. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate instructions are not our responsibility.
Rush Orders
Orders with a deadline of 24 hours or less are classified as rush orders and may attract a higher fee. Rush timelines are only confirmed once we have assessed the scope and confirmed availability.
4. Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before work commences unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours from the time of the quote
- Rush fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated in your quote before confirmation
- Discount codes must be applied at the time of order and cannot be applied retrospectively
- We do not store payment card details — all card processing is handled by third-party payment providers
If a project scope changes materially after an order has been confirmed we reserve the right to issue a revised quote for the additional work.
5. Delivery
The agreed delivery time begins from the point at which full payment is received and all necessary files and instructions have been provided by you. Completed work is delivered via WhatsApp or email as agreed at the time of order.
Delays caused by late submission of files, incomplete instructions or failure to respond to our messages are not our responsibility and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including power outages, platform outages or other technical failures. In such cases we will communicate with you promptly and work to resolve the delay as quickly as possible.
6. Revisions
We offer free revisions on all completed orders under the following conditions:
- The revision request must relate to the original scope and instructions provided at the time of order
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
- Revisions will be completed within 24 to 48 hours depending on the volume of changes requested
If your supervisor or examiner requests specific changes to work we have delivered, share those comments with us. We will incorporate the feedback at no additional charge, provided the changes fall within the original service scope.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we have commenced work you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellations After Work Has Begun
If work has commenced we will assess the proportion of the project completed and issue a partial refund for the work not yet undertaken.
Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be issued when: we are unable to deliver the agreed work through our own fault, the delivered work does not materially meet the agreed scope and cannot be resolved through revisions, or we cancel the order prior to commencement.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued when: you change your mind after delivery, dissatisfaction results from inaccurate instructions provided by you, delays were caused by your failure to provide files or respond in a timely manner, or the work was delivered as agreed and revision requests have been addressed. We cannot guarantee academic outcomes including grades or examiner decisions.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and materials with strict confidentiality. Specifically:
- Your name, contact details, university affiliation and academic documents will never be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent
- We will never contact your university, employer or any academic institution regarding your use of our services
- Your files are accessed only by the team member responsible for your order and deleted after the retention period in our Privacy Policy
- We do not use client work as samples or marketing materials without express written permission
9. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment all work produced by Academic Flair for your order is transferred to you. You own the final deliverables in full and may use them freely for academic, professional or publication purposes.
The content of the Academic Flair website — including text, design, layout and branding — remains the intellectual property of Academic Flair. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our website without prior written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
By using our services you confirm that you will not use them to produce content intended to harass or harm any individual, submit false information or misrepresent your requirements, circumvent academic integrity policies through fraud or deception, or resell our services as your own business offering without prior written agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate an order and retain payment if we discover that services are being used for prohibited purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Academic Flair does not make warranties or guarantees regarding academic outcomes, grades, pass or fail results, or examiner decisions. We do not guarantee the outcome of plagiarism or AI detection scans beyond our reasonable efforts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Academic Flair's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.
12. Disputes
If you have a concern please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.
- Step 1 — Contact us via WhatsApp or email and describe the issue clearly. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — If not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint to support@academicflair.org. We will respond within 5 business days.
- Step 3 — If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
